</b> INFORM employs more than 300 people from various working fields.
Together engineers, computer scientists, management experts and natural
scientists form a highly motivated team. Three quarters of the team are
made up of IT-experts and one quarter is made up of application oriented
consultants. Together the employees show amazing team spirit, creativity,
communication strength and the courage to find new solutions.</p>
<p> <b>Growth<br>
</b> The interest in Intelligent Decision Support Systems is increasing
on the market. This is being reflected in steady growth of the company,
with on average a yearly growth rate of about 30% through the past 15
years. This growth has for the most part financed itself.</p>
<p> <b>International Presence<br>
</b> INFORM is an international company. Apart from the head offices in
Aachen, INFORM has cooperations and sales offices in Switzerland, Austria,
United Kingdom, France and the USA. The company also has Sales and Support
partners in Switzerland, Austria, Great Britain, France and America. Since
1999 more than 50% of the business is being performed abroad. Big projects
are now taking place in 24 different countries. Our employees are of 27
different nationalities!<br>
