Employees:
Today, the company employs more than 350 software engineers and business consultants. When compared to other IT firms, INFORM’s annual staff fluctuation of around 4 % is very low. Although average staff age is around 35, the average employee will eventually stay onboard for 25 years.

Resulting benefits include:
- Extremely high software productivity because all engineers have meanwhile developed a quite intimate knowledge of the program’s entire source code
- Long-term client partnerships facilitated by personnel that rarely changes, consequently acquiring invaluable know-how on clients’ operations over time”
Business Divisions:
Diversification according to products and markets encourages a resistance to the cyclic fluctuations that are unavoidable in business. This is why INFORM focuses on very different fields of use for decision-intelligent software with its five business divisions:
- Materials Management
